By using GCal Agent, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use GCal Agent.
GCal Agent is a Chrome extension that allows users to control Google Calendar using natural language. The extension uses artificial intelligence to interpret user commands and perform actions in Google Calendar.
To use GCal Agent, you must grant the extension permission to access your Google Calendar. You are responsible for any activity that occurs in your Google Calendar through your use of GCal Agent.
You may need to create an account to use certain features of GCal Agent. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

GCal Agent and its content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or use GCal Agent without our permission.
GCal Agent is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that GCal Agent will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that any defects will be corrected.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use GCal Agent.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes to the Terms. Your continued use of GCal Agent after such modifications will constitute your acceptance of the updated Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to GCal Agent at any time, with or without cause, without prior notice or liability.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
